She is a stunning 1 ½year old Australian Shepherd looking for her partner in adventure.   She is smart, spunky and fun to work with. She’s a perfect size at 28 pounds. She’s responsive, attentive and ready for the next endeavor.  Remi thrives in the company of her favorite people and she is socially appropriate with well mannered dogs.  She is currently living with young teenage kiddos who she absolutely loves. 

Her foster mom has done a fabulous job of exposing her to all life skills.    She has good recall, good leash skills, crate trained, she has been in various public areas/stores and even has spent a night in a hotel and did wonderfully!  This girl deserves and loves some good belly rubs!  

Remi needs a lifestyle where she can unleash her genetic code and bond with an ambitious partner who would enjoy being her coach through life.  Think if a Batman and Robin relationship and she will thrive. We are looking for a family that is up for being partners with an Aussie!  One that will challenge Remi both mentally and physically.  Her people will need to commit to learn and do training with her.  Give her routines, a job and play games with her (like frisbee and agility).  With that in place, you will know a solid relationship like you’ve never had.

She will need active people who are willing to put in the time every day to exercise her.  Remi is used to hiking and playing daily and both activities should be part of her routine.
