Meet Miss Clover! Our beautiful, mellow pitty mix was rescued from the Urgent list due to too much time at the shelter, treated for heartworms, and transported to Vermont. She was placed with one of our dedicated foster homes where she is enjoying the company of other dogs, outdoor adventures, and building some life skills.

Clover is approximately 2-years old and the perfect size at 40 lbs. As much as she loves going for daily walks, she equally loves cozy couch time, belly rubs, and snuggling in bed. She is good on and off-leash, preferring to stay close to her people. Clover gets along well with other dogs and doesn’t mind sharing her space with feline friends either. In addition to being fully house-trained and crate-trained, Clover sleeps peacefully through the night.

Clover would prefer a quiet home where her people are home more often than not. She would love having a canine sibling(s) to learn from and help to boost her confidence, including her fear of cars. She will need slow and proper introductions in order to gain trust in any new people. A fenced in yard would be a bonus to give her space to run around freely and play with her canine friends.
