More About CHEYENNE "CHEY"

Ahh Cheyenne! This little charmer is about one year old, probably cattle dog mix and all of 35+/- pounds. At first meeting, she appears reserved and a little unsure, however once you share some rapport (and some food) you’ve got a sweetheart sidekick with a goofy playful energy in a small compact body.

“Chey” loves to cuddle with her people and other doggos, and is also perfectly happy settling in on her own with a chewy or one of her favorite stuffy toys. She loves a good game of catch me if you can when playing with other canine friends. Tug and silliness with her human is solid gold in her opinion.

She does really well with backyard and/or outdoor settings where she can run around freely and play. She is medium energy and needs daily exercise to be successful and content. She can stay at home alone in a gated area or crate for a reasonable amount of time. She loves her cushioned elevated dog bed in her special space for naps and for sleep time.

Her foster mom has worked a lot on recall and whistle training which she is excelling with. She has successfully been on many off-leash hikes with other canine friends and thoroughly enjoys herself. She never roams far and is quite attentive to her foster mom for direction.

Chey also walks well on a leash. She is easily redirected, loves to learn, and is food, toy and human-connection motivated. Car rides? heck yes!

Miss Cheyenne is a really good kiddo and is adored by everyone that has been in her circle. She is respectful of other dogs and would do super well in a home with another fun-loving dog. She could easily live with children/young people that will be kind and respectful as she gets comfortable with new people and surroundings.
