We have a charming golden/setter mix that has joined our Rescue. His name is Obi-Wan, he’s about 8-10 months old and very much a love bug.
He was a shy guy at first, obviously not familiar with typical in-home sounds, but after giving time to absorb the surroundings and with the help of some super cool canine friends, he has blossomed into a happy, gentle, loving fella. Still a little shy in public areas and getting used to leash skills, but with more practice and guidance, he’s going to be a rockstar.

He has earned free roam of the home with no accidents! He’s happy to eat and rest in his crate, but can also be left out to choose where he wants to sleep. Generally, he picks the couch or a dog bed in the bedroom, but we have no doubt if invited on the bed for snuggles, he would be in heaven.

We are looking for a family who lives in the country vs. city, with another well balanced playful pup or two. A family committed to ongoing teaching and support and of course plenty of outdoor playtime. Respectful kiddos would be good along with dog savvy kitties!

The family willing to put in the effort of a balance of love and support is going to have a gem of a family member.
