SKYE BLUE! If those stunning blue eyes don't melt your heart in an instant, Skye's lovely personality will! Sky was a street pup in Costa Rica until she was brought to a lovely foster home in Costa Rica where she was brought in, taken care of, loved, received veterinary care (vaccines, spayed, dewormed) by our wonderful supporting local vet.

Skye Blue waited a few months with her foster mom in Costa Rica while we arranged for a ticket on a plane to come to Vermont with one of our Vermont foster mom's! She will arrive at the end of January, 2019 and be fostered in Rutland, VT.

Skye Blue is a dog that loves everyone. She would love it if every person would come say hi and pet her. She's friendly, engaging, playful and enjoys making every day the best day ever!

Skye is used to having lots of outdoor time and able to run around as much as she likes. She has excellent recall and is also great on a leash. Her ideal family will be one that does not have to leave her alone for more than 4-5 hours per day, has lots of time to spend outdoors playing games, hiking, snowshoeing, etc.. She would have fun with teenage kiddos and/or other well mannered, playfaul canines.

Sky is 7 months old and currently about 40 pounds. She LOVES the water, loves the beach, oh and ice cream cones!
