Bella is a 6-year old, spayed, black lab mix with the most beautiful blue eyes. Through no fault of her own, this is the second time that a change in family status has resulted in Bella losing her home. Bella was lucky enough to be taken in by a kind and caring family member while we search for a lifelong family who will cherish her for the wonderful companion that she is.

True to her breed, Bella is good with everyone…kids, cats, dogs, and loves human companionship. Some of Bella's favorite things are water and swimming, eating, sleeping in your bed, and endless snacks. At approximately 55 lbs, her diet has been cut back a bit so she can reach her ideal weight. She is currently working on her basic obedience skills and recall. Foster Mom says that once she gets it in her head to go to the pond for a swim there is no stopping her, but when she is done she comes right back to the house. In her current home she has integrated nicely with 12 australian shepherds, she is crate trained but has nice house manners with one caveat…keep the edibles out of reach. She is a lab you know! A truly wonderful dog that deserves a loving, lifelong family to call her own.
