More About KUKY

KUKY, our SATO from Puerto Rico has shown us that she is highly adaptable to our winter weather here in Vermont! She absolutely LOVES the snow! She actually just truly enjoys hiking and proves to be an all weather girl just to get her paws on the trails!

KUKY is a sweet, energetic chi/jrt mix? She’s about 15 pounds; 2 years old. True to JRT, she is good natured, loves to find fun in most minutes of the day and stays busy exploring, playing, chewing on jerky and learning new tricks! This little sweetheart is up for daily adventures, car rides, tricks and treats and cozy cuddles to start and end your days.

KUKY is very engaging with new people, likes attention and always up for a new trick. She can also self-entertain in the home between her play and snuggle sessions. She needs proper introduction to other dogs and prefers respectful greeters.

KUKY has great leash skills and working on her off leash skills. She has been joining for longer treks on the local mountains and really embraces nature. If you’re an looking for a hiking partner that could also fit in your backpack, or enjoy being outdoors and go on long walks in the neighborhood, on a beach or on some trails; and also enjoy indoor cuddle time with a cutey patutey, you should come meet this lovely lady with a big personality!

She is being fostered in Essex Junction with her friend Macho!
