This beautiful 5 year old hound mix is a gem of a dog. Her name is Lady. She LOVES people, plays well with other dogs, doesn't bother the kitties and is gentle with kids. She is housebroken, has exceptional manners in the home and her main goal in life is to get attention from her people. We don't know her history, she was dropped off with Animal Control with no explanation or information.

She is not yet spayed, but we will be responsible for having that done. Lady is a soulful girl looking for the right family that wants to spend time with her and let her know she is a important member of the family. Her ideal home is a home where there will be a stay-at-home pet parent, or one where she can join a family member at work. She would also enjoy being a companion on a farm and help with chores.

She's great in the car and never roams far from her people. She would also be a great walking/hiking partner. Her wish is to be a best friend that can spend every day giving that unconditional love.
