We have a very special Mom and Daughter duo that due to unfortunate circumstances with their owners, had to be surrendered to the shelter with the hope that they would be kept together during their transition. We promised them rescue after 2 days in the shelter and promised that we would find them a home together.

They are now being fostered in Essex, VT where they have settled in really well. They are a fantastic pair, easy keepers, very fun to be around, love to cuddle and they even love to go on some short hikes! They are social, engaging, learning off-leash skills and enjoy being co-pilots. They would be great office companions, or a retired couple’s faithful friends.

We are looking for a home where they could spend lots of time with their people, enjoy lap time, some outdoor adventures and of course be nighttime bed buddies. Coyota is the mom (chihuahua) 8-9 years old and Buffy Bear (chihuahua/yorkie) is the daughter at 3-4 years old. They have been fully vetted and ready to start a new chapter in their book of life!
