Picked up as a stray and turned into our partner shelter in South Carolina, Sweety appeared to be well-cared for but her family never came for her. She has been well behaved in her foster home and has nice house manners. Always up for meeting new people, Sweety is gentle, warm, affectionate, a great snuggler, and would love to be your lap warmer! Other dogs with a bit too much exuberance are not her style, she much prefers mingling with lower-key dogs that are more her speed. Sweety loves her walks, a good roll in the grass, does pretty well on-leash, and will make someone a loyal, loving companion. 45 lbs, 3 years old, Shepherd mix, fostered in White River Junction, VT.
