More About Wally

How Wally ended up as a stray wandering in a Walgreens parking lot we will never know. We rescued Wally and placed him in a home with cats and a toddler and they are just way too exciting for Wally, so we have discovered that he would do best in a home with older children (teens+) and no little furry pets to chase. He would love to share a home with another doggy companion though. His foster Mom says he is smart, energetic, and funny! He is doing well at obedience school learning some clicker training, and the instructor thinks he is so smart and energetic that he would excel at agility or a dog sport. He is solidly kennel trained, house-broken with a clear ask to go outside, and knows sit, down, and drop it.

If you are an active family looking for a smaller dog with some get up and go, but one that is also affectionate, snuggly, and loves lap time, then you need Wally in your life! 2-3 years old, Spaniel/Jack Russell mix, 17 lbs. Wally’s foster home is located in Tunbridge, VT
